Bye Bye Da Da

Steph, Mr. Emile, Nicole and Robert left for Texas on Wednesday, Finn and I really wanted to go but I was not about to endure 10 hours of Finn in a car and the flights were too expensive so we missed out this year! We can not wait until next year though because Finn will definitely be making his hunting debut!!!

Stephan insisted that I dress Finn in his Carharts so that he looked more "manly" so I did.....and then changed him back to his candy cane smocked outfit....ha!! As you can see, Dad had to let Finn hold his gun and Finn was pretty interested with the scope!!!!!

Chrismukkha!!!

We had our annual Chrismukkha celebration at Carolines this Tuesday and let's just say it was pretty interesting! Having four kids running all over the place is nuts! Isabelle is 3 and is pretty much the ring leader, Joseph is 2 and loves to follow Isabelle, talk, and play, Finn is 1 and doesn't know any better and pretty much terrorizes everyone, and sweet baby Hunter is 4 months old and watches the big kids he will soon be playing with! It was really fun and all of the Moms just looked at each other saying, "What are we going to do when we each have two"!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!

Finn has been attacking my tree lately! He did well for the first two weeks but now the ball garland is coming off left and right!!!! He just thinks they are balls and loves a "balla"!!!!!

Do yall just love this weather because I DO and the talks of it snowing is making me so excited! I would just love pics of Finn in the snow!!!!!!!

A little update on Finn! He is growing by the minute---although he still weighs 25 lbs he is getting taller and his foot is growing!!! Those little red keds that I love so much are getting sooo hard to put on we have to buy more so K is on a mission and took him to try a 6 medium on today and that did not even fit so we will try the 6 wide when they come in! Just like his Daddy yet again...big foot!!!! He is sleeping ALL night in his own (our) bed!!!! ha! He loves to eat especially cheese and frozen strawberries, walks and gets into everything, and repeats most of what we say. I am loving every minute of him, even in our bed;)!!!!

We love this weather!

I just love this weather!!! I really like the Summer too but there is nothing like a cold morning with hot coffee with egg nog and cinnamon, my cashmere sweater, leggings, and UGGs!!!!!! Finn and I were all bundled up and played outside all day! Its just something about the cold that wakes you up and makes you feel good and happy!!!

Bath Time and Chrismukkah

Finn has always loved his bath time and it has been a while since I have taken pics of him in there!! He just loves the water and it pretty much runs the entire time we take a bath.....sorry we are wasteful!! As you can see, Finn has a different kind of bath toy....a menora! Since Holly is Jewish, Caroline started a tradition a few years ago of having a Christmukkha celebration. We "try" to have traditional foods like potato lakes, brisket, etc and teach our kids about their faith. So.......long story short that is why Finn plays with a Menora in the bath tub! It is actually a bath tub toy I found in DC and I have to say it is really helping him to learn counting too.....I usually say ONE and he says TWO, THREE!!!!!

Our real Christmukkha celebration is next week so there will be more pictures to come!!!
