Putting away the bottles

We are making progress!! Last week Finn stopped taking formula and is now on whole cows milk!! His tastebuds, stomach, and smart little mind of his finally let the formula go!!! Our grocery bill will definitely be $20 less every week:)

I also found a sippy cup that he took as his "baba" last night before bed. So the bottles and being packed up and now I'll have to go buy every sippy cup that he liked from walmart!! I like having extras;).

So many changes for little man...

Steph is painting his room today and with several things ordered online from pottery barn our next move will be to his new room. Next on the list.....potty training!!!!! Oh lawd! PATIENCE!!!

He has been really interested in the bed in our extra bedroom and often asks to lay down and sleep in his "new bed" so I figured this would be our chance!! I have been addicted to the internet trying to find the cutest boy room ideas! Here are a few ideas I've found:

Children's museum

Mom and I took Finn for his first visit to the New Orleans childrens museum. Blakey and I went many times as kids and I have such great memories of the news room, grocery store, and bubbles that I could not wait to see Finn experience them for the first time! I think that he had a blast and ran from place to place with such excitement because there were so many new things to see and do!!! He enjoyed the grocery store ibut it was a little hard for us to keep him to the four grocery maximum ,and although he loved "cooking" in the kitchen he did not understand why things did not really work; like the water faucet, oven, microwave, and mustard bottle, ha!! We all had a great day, so much that Finn fell asleep on the ride home!!

How do you try to entertain an almost 2 year old while it rains.... Painting under the carport, aquadoodle inside, sidewalk chalk and
Moondough! We love washable paint, chalk, and aquadoodle but the moondough can go!! Way to messy!!!!!
