Island Man

Finn, Chloe, and I arrived on the Island Saturday morning with Nana, Pape, Tru Tru, and Uncle Chris awaiting our arrival so that we could check our crab traps! Finn loved the boat ride and absolutely loved the crab traps so of course we had to show him the "rab traps" all weekend. We caught a few dozen and had a crab boil along with some huge shrimp that were delicious!! The weather was pretty over cast this weekend which was not a bad thing since Finn likes to be outside the entire day! After seeing Pape's catch this morning and church( he calls it Jesus' house), we headed to the beach for the afternoon where Finn could not get enough of the sand, seashells, pelicans, and hermit crabs. It makes me( and I know my Dad) so happy to see him love this place since it has such a special place in our hearts.
