Laurel Valley is the remains of a large sugar plantation which operated from 1832 until well into the 20th century, at its height from 1893-1926. Mrs. Karen has taken Finn several times and finally went with him and it was fun to see how excited he was to see and feed the animals. As you can see from his rosey cheeks....it was TOO HOT!!
